Film Finder recommends you films based on your preferences. Our mission is to save you time, to facilitate your enjoyment, and to connect you with your family and friends through film.

What have we done?

• Weve incorporated a minimalistic design to make everything easy on the eyes.
• Weve added a selection of key features to empower you in your search.
• We’ve focused on films. And we aspire to create a community for film lovers. This app is just the beginning!


What are the features?

REELS – Find exactly what you’re looking for
• Create a search criteria through our ‘reels’ feature. We’ll then provide you with a range of film recommendations based on this.
• Criterions include: actors, crew, genres, certifications, popular, trending, and highly rated.


RECS - Choose from our recommendations
• Whether you decide to create super specific reels, more general reels, or no reels at all, Film Finder will provide you with film recommendations.
• Each film recommendation has some key information about the film, e.g., genre, summary, cast, crew, and certification.
• You’re also able to watch the film trailer, save it to your watchlists (and other folders), rate it, and share it with friends and family.

PROFILE - Manage your watchlists, favourites, and more
• Create watchlist folders and save films to them. Can’t be bothered to create a watchlist folder, add films to your ‘watchlists’ section as a singular title instead of a folder!
• Have any favourite films that you’d like to rewatch or save to one place? Add them to your ‘favourites’ section!
• Do you have films that you like to recommend to friends and family? Why not save down your film recommendations to your ‘my recs’ section?
• For those who want to keep track of what they’ve watched, add films to your ‘watched’ section!

SEARCH - Search for specific films or talent
• Find film cards by searching titles
• Find actor and crew profiles by searching their names

NOTIFICATIONS - Get your latest updates and alerts
• Stay up to date with what’s going on by visiting the notifications section
